We are looking for experienced Electricians to work in new residential construction settings. Must have experience pulling wire, running conduit, bending pipe, installing boxes, fixtures, and breaker panels.
Job Duties and Key Competencies:
Wire and install all electrical components of new home and multi-families with little to no supervision.
Applicants must be able to understand blueprints from our various clients and apply current electrical code standards to your work.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects.
Ability and willingness to work off of ladders.
Excellent communication skills – ability to interact well with and lead less experienced employees.
Possession of reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
Attend company meetings as required.
Education & Experience
Current valid driver’s license to drive company provided vehicle.
Licensed WI Electrician card.
2+ years of electrical experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
Work in a fast paced environment.
Stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel and balance regularly.
Perform repetitive movements regularly.
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
Work frequently in outside weather conditions.
Work occasionally in high, precarious places.
Work in a moderately noisy environment.

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to work in existing or recently constructed single-family and multi-family homes. Must have excellent customer service skills along with the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot all electrical components in residential settings. Experience pulling wire, running conduit, bending pipe, installing boxes, fixtures, and breaker panels.
Job Duties and Key Competencies:
Troubleshoot warranty callbacks from recently construction single and multi-family homes.
Service our existing customer base installing add ons or replacing defective devices.
Remodel work as designated by the service manager.
Rotating 24 hr emergency company phone line responsibility.
Applicants must be able to understand blueprints from our various clients and apply current electrical code standards to your work.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects.
Ability and willingness to work off of ladders.

We are looking for aspiring electricians seeking work in new residential construction settings. Must be seeking a career in the electrical field, and be willing to partake in the James Electrical trainee program.
Job Duties and Key Competencies:
Must be mechanically competent with hand and power tools.
Must have sound judgment in regards to safety protocols (OSHA).
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to take direction and apply it to your work.
Willingness to learn wiring fundamentals, electrical code, and electrical blueprints.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects.
Ability and willingness to work off of ladders.
Possession of reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
Education and Experience
Current valid driver’s license to drive to job sites.
HS Diploma or GED.
Must enroll or be currently enrolled in Residential Electricity program at Technical College (James Re-imburse).
Attend in-house hands-on training classes.
Attend in-house code seminars.
